Intellectual Property

Client-provided materials (logos, footage, music licenses, trademarks) remain the client’s property, and you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to produce and deliver the Services. Final usage and license terms for finished work are defined in your project agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment for Services will follow the schedule in your estimate or contract—commonly including deposits, milestone invoices, and balance due before final master delivery unless otherwise stated. Invoices are due upon receipt unless a different term is specified. Late payments may incur fees or pause work, as described in your agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the termination provisions in the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate access or Services for material breach or non-payment.
